hey guys i was just wondering could anyone make a prog on anited emotions for paltalk?

i think it will be nice *er* if there was animated emotions on paltalk
for everyone with black nicks nd blue nd ect ect ect !

i think it could be done if someone were to make a fake paltalk or somethin but only people who use the prog could view the animated emoticons.
