well to start there is no paltalk booter that i know of...and that lead me to ask..."Why isnt there any paltalk booter?!!!" lol.....but to answer your question the answer is no.....

Umm, he/she said "anti-booter" not booter. I believe what the mean is to prevent you from getting bounced from a room. Either way, there isn't one.
