procdump32 works good....

search google for Rec decompiler
that works the best i think
but all decompilers will have some errors in the decompiled code but thats the best i think

procdump is not a decomplier, procdump is used for dumping images of the program when a unknowen exe packer has been used.

I suggest going to http://programmerstools.org/ this site has been the king of all sites for unpacking and decompliers for many years now, and i did noticed they updated the web site with a new forum type of site

do u guys mean by using decompiler we can get the source code of visual c++ source code ?
