I wonder if people other then admin seen nicks in same postion or it will be diffrent some how ? what i mean postion for example name loc is 3th from top . then does all see loco 3th from the top at one moment or ? The reason i ask is i am creating a program but not sure if all nicks are in sme postion for all users at same time .

everyone sees it diffrent...when a new user enters a room the ppl in the room will see him at the bottom of the list but he will see his name near the top almost every time...i have been in a room under 2 nicks at once and the names are all in diffrent order
