I found this at the h2k site, i really dont know how it works but I think if you one of them country block by paltalk u can try it out

1) install the programme
2) apply patche crack ofthis programme
3) open this programme sockscap v2
( go to file >>> setting>>>>enter a valid socks server [ proxy socks] like xxx.xxx.xxx.xx. >>>enter proxy's port like 1080
4) apply done
5) go to programme click on new and looking for a paltalk.exe u find it on c : \program files \ paltalk messenger\paltalk.exe
6) click ok
7) select file (paltalk icon)
Cool click on run
nowu can enter a anonyme nick but every use u can echange ur nick and exange ur proxy and u can looking for a valid roxy 'port 1080 on
