i've been looking all over for a file called gaim-pt 1.5 -- apparently this at one time gave GAIM users the ability to interact with Paltalk. Does anyone have this file or the source code for it?

As I saw posted in this form before, it's development have been seaced. Apperantly for a good reasons (my huess is egal reasons but I may be wrong.)

Even if anyone still had it, it wouldn't work. Try running Paltalk under Wine. (Assuming you're on *nix, that is.)

yes, i'm fully aware that it will not work, however I need the file libpaltalk.so (from /lib/gaim). I'm creating a new client for Linux -- i don't want to use Paltalk for Windows.

PT would run, shows room list, sometime the room name but that about it, i coundn't get into a room , i tried wine didn't work

Damn, too bad the that guy stop making it, I almost sure paltalk was bugging him like they did me with lawsuits and stuff one thing would a paltalk java work on linux
