Get HTML in VB???

How do i get a URL (a webpage) to be displayed in a form.....like...remember how loco made the JavaTalk?....and it had the html page in the prog....thats how i wanna do it...so the html will appear in the prog that i make......i hope im clear in this.....can anyone help?

Here is the html page that i wanna display. of course i will have to upload it to a server first...but here it is anyway

I finished it......its absolutle useless...lol......but here it is anyway....lol.....and btw.....if anyone knows of a free webhosting that has no banners or annoying things like the annoying thing in the side of the geocities page...let me know please......lol.....im using geocities for this thing.....i wanna be able to upload the html and have it display in this prog without ads n stuff...lol
