ok hi again all am now sure 100% thats Network adapter ban i tried to change mac adree number & HD & all in ur brain not effect ok what do u think i stopped ok i format all my pc then install anew version of winxp with new key number & i know even u install new window the mac adress of ur adapter not change i changed after finish my install winxp & not effect reset my router also not efect change ip not effect i think there are some id or serial in my network adapter coz he before ban me he told me i will ban ur internet cafee & i am not in internet caffee iam in personal pc that why i think thats from my internet not motherboard bios or else so.

what do u think ALLLLLLLL there are any change serial can i do in my network adapter?

Call ur ISP please and ask them to change ur ip addrsse well that i think dude ... tell mee if it works

You could have a modem/Router ban,

If you even have a router. Take that off. go directly threw your modem. if that doesnt work, Tell your ISP You think your modem is Broken, And they should send you a replacement,

If your that desperate.

i have router noo guys thats from my network adapter am sureeee but my problems i wont to buy anew one i know if i put anew network adapte it will work i will tell u how i know it when i use VMWARE its work & i can login coz vmware has anerwork adapter name & serial & alll thats differernt that i have in real my windows. but i when i login i have message access denid u cant login with vmware soo am sure thats from network adapter so what do u think can i change in my network adapter i( i have router & i changed my ip many times its easy to me )

get a new modem from like radioshack or somewere if you have comcast if not just clal your ISP
