does anyone know how to get this gaim pt for paltalk to work in linux if it helps i use simply mepis debain based. when i open it, it opens like a text file kwrite. how do i get this to work? please help me ^5'ssss

hey dude i have had this very same problem and all you have to do is
1.right click the icon
2.select the properties menu itme
3.you will be given the properties dialog this has 2 tabs select the permissions tab
5. in the permissions tab you will see a check box is executable select this box and then press ok
6. select the icon again and your in action dude follw the on screen instructions from here on in
