need help plz

hi all
well i gotta weird kinda problem that when i download this "newpaltalk emotions"
form that time when i reboot ma pc n sign in back to paltalk...it keep asking me update ur version...when i do..setup been completed..when i sign in again same msg....even i format ma window...but same problem .... can any one help me plz

Ghost, i format all the time for little reasons.
