New forum guidlines

From here on out, this forum will be moderated strongly. Any sites about porn or any spam sites will be deleted. Also, any sites posted that start or could start a controversy will be either locked or removed. No questions asked.

If however, you post a site that is removed or locked but you feel is a legitimate site, PM it to locohacker or myself for a review and if we feel it's appropriate, we'll allow it to be posted without a lock or deletion.

it is reacurring, many sites have been talked about more then once.. protekk in general.. also some from oakland or w/e. i went through and deleted them along with the sites that are no longer active.

PLEASE REMEMBER, only post once. if the topic gets old, is because no one cares.. get over it, thats all i can say.. dont spam this section, it will only be deleted, and get you into trouble..
