paltalk auto greeter for pal 9

hi
well i just install this new auto greeter..for pal 9 n they ask me for "Richtx32.ocx" i copy n paste it in system files...but when i try ...same error..."Richtx32.ocx" file is missing..
can any one help me plz...

Try putting it in the same directory as the program.
