A few days ago i created new screen name, never recieved email verification message so i emailed the popup address it puts up if i dont get the initaly email which i did several times

so i have did that a few times no reply TODAY i thought i'd try paltalk help1 room and ask them about it, they suggested it could go to junk mail but i am on hotmail beta and it doesn't work that way, EVERTHING goes to inbox now. so i would have seen it if it did come

so, someone in there called jay DB i think his name was, paltalk support person he tried verifiying the name for me which worked then after logging into the user name in question and leaving it on for about 15 mins, doing absolutely NOTHING with it as i was chatting to someone on aol then this stupid message turned up

this account has been used inappropriately and is currently disabled (tc-9704)

which i am absolutely DISGUSTED by BECAUSE I HAD DONE NOTHING, and it is jaydb's fault that this is has now happened.

so i tried to log in with my oriignal name and it wouldn't log in this same message came up, naturually i was livid so i tried logging in on my old comptuer - which works to get in contact with them, as soon as i did they make accusations that i had ben doing something bad, i would like for them to pull up any records saying had done any bad becaue surprise surprise they will find 100% NOTHING - unless they are into making them up, and they had been very rude, the whole poitn of email verifictation is to ensure that the email is a valid one and that you are the owner of both the screen name and the email address but he BYPASSED THAT and did it in a flick of a switch, and i think by doing this it makes ME look like i had hacked in and did it myself WHICH I DID NOT DO as i know nothing about hacking.

and they gave me a link to contacted them about bans or whatever it is they have done to my account and i have done that

also i had tried uninstalling the software, going into registry and removing all references to paltalk and any thing on my computer related to paltalk rebooted and reinstaleld the software - didm't work it still wont let me use it,

by the way it does log me in but then the message comes up and logs me out.

Anyone have any ideas on what to do to get this INJUSTICE seen to?

Slenderkitten, I don't think you can do much about it. Its their product and they are the Admins....don't forget Palshit sucks

yo, if your under the tc-9704 ban all you need to do is just move on and use the anti-ban and change your mac address ...then boom you should be back on after you restart your p.c , just make a new nick... here the link for a good anti-ban by darkcoder .....
