What the heck is this thing? I don't see anything of importance in the folder. It suddenly appeared in my Program Files. It just shows License and Uninstall (which I get the feeling just installs it).

PTIM is the addon that Paltalk uses when you opt to use the Paltalk client to chat with people on Yahoo, AIM, ICQ, etc. If you uninstall it, it will reinstall it when you go to use one of the aforementioned chat programs through Paltalk.
