This program as modified is almost perfect for a room admin to post things as they are needed. The only flaw is if you wish to make it lookk like you have typed the post there is no way to show italics. Is ther a chance you could make this happen?

Small Problem

Postby phil_d » Sun Nov 19, 2006 8:40 am

I told you how much I love Multi Paster and asked for a small change to allow the inclusion of italics. Well I found a small bug with the version that allows loading of multiple files which is the program I am using to send specific messages to the room. I created three separate files of different types of content and loved the switching ability between the files. The glitch is if you modify either of the two other files in Paster (could do in notepad I know) and then save the files, they overwrite the file named "saved.txt". Any chance of changing program to ask "save as" when clicking save?

Ah I knidna left like that on purpose, cause save.txt is the default text
so everytime the program loads the save.text will load as the default  ah also on the option menu there is a save option that one will ask ya save as. is that waht you mean

Hey bright away this program is ready for paltalk 9 today if you want it i need to isntall paltalk 8.5 again to make it work for paltalk 8.5

OK I didnt realize the options save would "save as" so thats fine. I am running Pal 8 and 9 so new ver is fine. Do you have a path to the new version and does it support multiple files, single line pasting and Italics? and BTW thank you so damn much for the help. You have been simply amazing.
