nothing wrong with raping 15 yr olds, alot of them are willing anyways now days. Only adults look at someone 18+ having sex with a minor as being a pedophile. 15 is legal enough in my view. If A 15 yr old can kill someone and get charged as an adult then thats all I need to know that its legal.

No, there is no diffrence rape is rape willing or not its rape. I dunno where you get off calling a a persona a victom man but rape is rape either way there are alot of girls willing to have sex with an adult and there are possibley more that are not willing to and still get raped, however I dont see how you can say that a girl willing to have sex with an adult is not rape she may have wanted it it but the law calls having sex with a minor rape.
