Aigh here another update, here are the changes
Now you can select whether you want the timer to count backward or foward, like ya know you want it to tell ya time remaining instead of time left, the option is un the admin tam under time format.
Also added two commands
rd! nick to redot or unredot user
add! nick to add user to your admin panel

check it I haven't test it much but it work for me lol
ah this is not a setup is a folder

it still dosnt restet the timer after each talker..it just continue it..also when you choose to add timer and i make the time 5:00 it dosnt start from 0:00 to 5:00 but it continue of 5:00..you have to make the timer start from 0:00 each time some one take the mic
