All new or old programs that anyone uploads to this forum must include each of the following:

• A short description of what the program does
• A small explanation of how to use the program
• A screen shot of the program
• A list of any needed files (not including library files)
• The installer/program compressed with either a .zip or .rar extension

Any post not including all of the all of the afore mentioned requirements risks being locked or deleted. We will be lenient at first, but after a while, these rules will be enforced.
