when i do upgrade i still get the same message. also i would like to use older version :).

Any help would be much appreciated.

Next time, one topic in one forum, ok?

When it tells you it needs to upgrade, hit ok. Then, on the upgrade window, click cancel. That used to work. If it doesn't work anymore, then there's no way to do it.

extreme remover just removed the nag for black nic to upgrade to green. I think this person does not want to be forced to upgrade from say pal9.0 to pal9.1

I dont think that that is possible anymore. Once you log in with a version that has been marked for upgrade, you can cancel the upgrade, but then you cant do anything on pal. You must log out and log back in... then you get the nag again.

From what he says it keeps asking him to upgrade even after he does.

Postby 040575 » Sat Aug 25, 2007 9:45 am

Change the default number which should be 1 -7 to 1000 which wont show back up till 4096 days...I just checked it and it still works.Even on the 9.1 build 205
Now this is my findings, but i say different strokes for different folks

I think i may have read the remover topic wrong...I was actually talking about paid account upgrade and I am actually thinking I typed my reply before I actually understood the point that was trying to be made...my post was to stop the 1 to 7 day upgrade to a paid account pop-up and I think some of the post was discussing the update to newer paltalk popup...even if that is the case ...its still a registry change...just havent toyed with it in a while...
Just made my way back into the paltalk scene

This is for the person who has the re occuring popup after the upgrade..
Its in the registry after the upgrade that doesnt change when it is suppossed to sometimes..Its basically a valuie data that didnt take
Most times a good pc cleaner that scans for these issues and fix's them...usually works..I myself had this problem and the fix issues of the c cleaner fixed it.

this is one i usually use...it use to be called crap cleaner, but its called c cleaner and you can go here to get it http://filehippo.com/download_ccleaner
