Strange massage from paltalk color!!!

Hi all i got this strange massage box from paltalk color. could any one read it . i can not read it .Thanks

This is the error message that i got. And it was with the regular paltalk...not the colored:

Hey how come it wont post.....i think i did what u said...lol.....i clicked browse then add attachment and clicked submit.....how come it dont show...lol....i sure its simple..just using this for first time uploading pics.....

Can someone please tell me how to post a pic? I got a weird message like this on regular paltalk, not color paltalk! I know how to post files but for some reason when i try to post pics they dont show!

your pic must be in format jpg and just choose upload file like you upload a winrar file

Thanks man! Nobody told me it had to be jpeg. Ive been using bmp...lol Here is the pic. I got this notice on the regular paltalk, not the color paltalk. What is it!?
