This account was in some way used inappropriatly in the past

This account was in some way used inappropriatly in the past and is currently being restricted from joining any room in this category and/or subcategory.

I have a router when I went on my laptop wireless i was able to enter that category i was banned in but in desktop I cant, why not? any suggestions?

Clearly, paltalk has that specific machine banned, using a variety of techniques that have been discussed here.
