translation of a program

hey guys i have a question to ask i want to translate a program for e.g. i want to translate the Paltalk Time Talker which locohacker designed after i get permission from the programmer to get it translated to another language how can i translate it .... i use reshack my self but in this case for a program like the Paltalk Time Talker it does not work so please help i want to learn how to do it ,, BTW im not doing this to steal any app just want to learn it ..

i don't understand ... you can translate into machine code or to assembly code. Why do you want to translate to another programming language, I think if oyu ask loco he might just give you the code ehe!

im not sure if iam speaking english or not , its very clear let me explain it this way
locohacker created a program which is called Paltalk Time Talker so now i want to translate this program to another language so for e.g. its not in english i would like to translate it to arabic ,, that is all
