Use Another Country Server !

Hey Friends i have all Programs for use Another country Server, But my friends says its safe :D Just asking if its legal to use Another country Server ! Well right now im in Paris and server is not like USA :x Anyone tell mee if Its Legal to use Another country Server :)

Yes Ghost, I was just asking if its Legal to use, I dont want to get in trouble with the COPS thats why :)
