This is my first program in VB.net, and this program is only for the Vietnamese people who want to write the Vietnamese language to Paltalk.

You might want to have a settings tab to allow user to select different input key:

I'm not too familiar with VNI style and not many people are so too.

By your request, i add a menu with 3 methods: VNI, Telex and VIQR

Update:
New version with menu for selection of way to type ( VNI, Telex or VIQR)
Send random color text, fade text (autopilot code) or emotions.
Send some sample of ASCII picture or your own ASCII picture when click on the Logo of VietPAL.

This version has too many bugs, if you like it, try to download the the latest version in my room.
New version has add in Viscom ActiveX: allow view the audio waveform ( know the level of audio when hold the MIC) and record room in mp3.
Snapshot function to VietPAL to allow take the picture.
Copy any emotions from Paltalk and paste to VietPAL: try to make VietPAL exactly like Paltalk when the users send emotions to room.
Fixed some bugs.

I am very happy to see new releases and people who tries hard to get NET apps out!
As departure mentioned, we need a few good examples to start developing for Balool too,
hope this will come true one day!

I have another example made in Balool, and Tutorial is made by palol.. And this is not only in Vietnamese language, you can choose over 200 Languages, and which language you want your paltalk to run in!
