ok now lets think when paltalk give u abig ban when u say abig ban abolutly we talking about ban in ur isp anyone have idea how can remove ban from isp?

An ISP is an Internet Service Provider. Paltalk wouldn't ban your whole ISP just because you fucked up. They may have baned your IP Address. To remove and IP ban, you have to call your ISP and have them change your IP Address.

ok guys i can change my ip its too easy to me but am sure the ban on whole my isp coz alot of ban i have then i can back again then when he give me ban at my isp now i cant solve it so what should i do to remove this shit from my isp dont tell me change ip plzz thxx all

Maybe Paltalk has banned your country. They have a few countries baned mostly because of pedos. Try using a proxy, although I doubt it would help. Other than that, you're fucked.
