Im From Macedonia (FYROM)..
from 13.11.2008 i cant login at PalTalk... WTF is that shit... ist not only from my PC but every where at my country.. did exist anything to login there???
realy i dont know what to do

They may have blocked your country's access... or it may be only a temporary problem.

ok Im back here at this topic..

My ISP told me than some IP Addreses have some problems at PalTalk Servers...
Did exist any method to change my ip addres and to log in on it...

Your ISP is the only one that can change your address.
However you can try and use proxy software, search the forums for it.
