Simple answer, Paltalk hates your country. They majority of spammers, etc are from the Middle East region so instead of blocking IPs one by one, the just block out an entire IP range. The only way around this is if you use a nick that's been established for a while or if you wanna f**k with proxys and all that jazz.

Actually lately I have found that nicks that were first used (on the same laptop) at philippines are not restricted to rooms even if they are black.
So one way is to buy a ticket to philippines reformat your computer and make few nicks there

MIDDLE EST PPL they have to make color nick name ( Blue , Green or Purple )

black nick name they can not enter black room only color room also

so if u black u can enter color room

and if ur nick name blue, green or purple u can enter any room
