Ok this proggie is to Change the Mac Address on Windows 2000 And Xp.

In order for this program to work you guys going have to do some a little dirty work at list one time :) You guys must

Find out what is the String key value of your Network card. jeje dont get scare its pretty Easy. Follow this step.

1-Click on Start

2-Click on Run

3-Type in Run Regedt32

4-Go to “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E972-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}.  Double click on it to expand the tree.  The subkeys are 4-digit numbers, which represent particular network adapters.  You should see it starts with 0000, then 0001, 0002, 0003 and so on.  (See figure 3.)

g.  Go through each subkey that starts with 0000.  Click on 0000, check DriverDesc keyword on the right to see if that's the NIC you want to change the MAC address.  The DriveDesc should match the Description you recorded from step (a.-I.).  If you are not 100% sure about the DriverDesc, then you can verify by checking if the NetCfgInstanceID keyword value matches the GUID from step (c).  
If there is no match, then move on to 0001, 0002, 0003, and so on, until you find the one you want.  Usually 0000 contains the first NIC you installed on the computer.
In this demonstration, 0000 is the NIC I selected. (See figure 3.)

5-Write The String value somewhere or try it to remember lol. Most likely is going to be 0001 if u only have one network card, but it migh be different k.

Thas it thas all u need for the program. Now to use the program do this

1-Enter The string key. which is the 4 numbers you guys found that was of your Card. like 0001 for Example.

2-Change Enter the new Mac Address, It would be better to use one similar to the one u guys have to find out which mac Addres you have at that

point do this. Clicking Start than Run, There Type Command, There Type Ipconfig/all  hit Enter You will see then some info will come out. Your

Mac Address is The xx-xx-xx-xx-xx-xx Next to where it says Physical Address. K so use this Mac jsut Change like the last 2 numbers to wha ever

 you   guys want. :)

3-Click on the Change Mac Button.

4-Restart Computer.

Thas it the new Mac Address Should be in effect :).

To find out if it changes. due the same as on step 2

If you guys want to delete the string this proggie made, just do like u did at the bigining to find out wha your string key value was for the card and you will see something that says NetworkAddress just click it with the right buttom and delete, restart the comp and everything will be ack to normal.
