Summary
In my past life, to maintain her "pure and innocent" persona, my junior colleague Chloe actually screamed during a hostage rescue mission:
"Don't shoot!"
Her idiotic stunt completely enraged the kidnapper, resulting in the brutal murder of the hostage.
The hostage was a high school senior who had just finished her SATs. She had her whole life ahead of her, but it was violently stolen because of Chloe's incompetence.
"Waaaah, I didn't mean for this to happen!"
