Summary
After the family photo session, my younger sister, Lynn, sat hunched over the computer screen, scrolling through the raw shots one by one.
Too much squinting—delete. Smile isn't sweet enough—delete. Showing too much teeth—delete.
Out of forty proofs, she finally picked a single shot. She pointed at the monitor with a triumphant nod.
"This is the one," Lynn declared. "Dad looks warm, Mom looks graceful, Jordan looks so handsome, and I look gorgeous."
Our parents leaned in, nodding in eager agreement. My older brother, Jordan, chuckled beside them. "Definitely. That’s the best one by far."
