From His Sixpence To My Moon

Summary

Inside Holden’s phone, tucked away in his notes app, there was a folder named "The Moon and Sixpence".

Under "Sixpence", he filed away the logistics of our shared life—the dry, domestic dread. Reminders to pay the electric bill, order gourmet gift baskets for his business partners, and schedule my parents’ annual physicals.

Under "The Moon", however, was a meticulously curated index of Talia, his adoptive sister.

Talia: wants the new limited-edition vinyl.

Talia: loves contestant number fifteen on the survival show.

Talia: detests cedarwood perfume.
