He Called My Terror Love

Summary

Six months ago, a man followed me through the concrete labyrinth of an underground parking garage. After that, I spent three months incapable of stepping into an elevator alone.

On my thirtieth birthday, Ian presented me with a sleek, custom-designed package: an "Exposure Therapy Blind Box." He promised that by the time I opened the final compartment, my phobia would be cured.

Following the instructions on the first clue card, I walked down to Level P3 of the retail galleria. Without warning, the overhead fluorescents went black.
