Summary

I took in my best friend, Sophie. She was homeless, with a history of self-harm, and I couldn't just leave her on the street.

Liam, my boyfriend, was dead set against it. In his eyes, our life together—our private world for two—was infinitely more important than Sophie's survival. But after endless pleading on my part, he finally caved.
