I love you when the fireworks fall

Summary

To raise money to save my son from cancer, I chose to sell a kidney.

Only after the surgery did I find out:

My son’s cancer was a lie.

My wife’s poverty was an act.

I was done with my wife, but my son was innocent.

Then, I heard my son call another man "Dad."

Heartbroken, I left everything behind and walked away.

But then, my wife and son crawled on their knees across three states, begging me not to leave.
