My Stingy Childhood Friend

Summary

My stingy childhood friend Shane suddenly invited everyone to an expensive meal and slammed the keys to his brand-new car onto the table.

Everyone at the table started cheering. They said Shane had struck it rich and was finally going to help his friends out.

I was the only one who felt something was off.

How could the guy who never repaid a single loan suddenly be this generous?

I didn't touch a drop of alcohol. I smiled and played along while secretly having someone look into Shane's company.
