My wife bound the system and transferred first lover's cancer to me

Summary

My wife married me as a front to save the one that got away.

She was bound to a "Conquest System," and by marrying me, her first love’s cancer would be cured.

What she didn't know was that the cancer wouldn't just disappear. It would transfer to me.

In the final moments of my life, she was vacationing overseas with him.

I begged her to see me one last time. She refused without a second thought.

Then I died. And when she found out, she completely lost her mind.
