Our Wedding Day Became Our Love's Funeral

Summary

I reserve the largest banquet hall in the city, book the entire inventory of three florists six months in advance, and put together 90 thousand crystal lights and 10 thousand champagne roses for a chandelier, just to bring the wedding of Vivian Carroll's dreams to life.

When we arrive at the wedding venue, I eagerly anticipate the look on her face when she sees it all.

However, the moment I push open the banquet doors, I realize that the floral backdrop is gone.

In its place is just a huge black-and-white funeral wreath.
