Real Sister Now, Fiancé Cracks

Summary

The engagement party had just ended when my diamond ring disappeared. After a frantic search, it was found on the finger of my fiancé’s childhood "little sister," Scarlett.

“I was just curious,” she cooed, wiggling her hand. “Now it’s stuck.”

Expressionless, I watched a jeweler cut the ring I’d designed. My fiancé, Preston, frowned and wrapped an arm around her. “Scarlett saved my life. I’d give her anything I own.”

Leaning into him, Scarlett smirked at me. “Ava, stop seeing every woman as competition. We’re like siblings. You’re the one with a dirty mind.”
