The Butcher Girl Rejects Her Billionaire Heir

Summary

The boyfriend I picked up turned out to be the secret heir of a billionaire family in Manhattan.

I, on the other hand, was just a butcher working the meat saws in a gritty Chicago market.

When a black Maybach pulled up to my blood-stained stall to take him back to run a Fortune 500 company, he wanted me to come along.

I wiped my hands, slick with animal fat, and packed the last of the ribs for my neighbors.

I gave him a soft smile.

"Go on ahead. I'll come find you once I finish up here."
