The Hall Pass

Summary

The night before our wedding, Liam Sterling wrapped his arm around his childhood sweetheart and asked me for a one-night "hall pass."

He claimed that after tonight, he would be faithful to our marriage until death.

I stared at him for a long time, then nodded in agreement.

As he walked past me, he said generously:
