Summary
After our parents died, I kicked my terminally ill sister out of the house.
She was homeless, starving, and freezing, but I turned a blind eye.
Relatives called me a monster. I pretended I was deaf.
I forced her to sign a waiver giving up her inheritance. My sister knelt on the floor, begging, sobbing until she could barely breathe.
"Mom and Dad are barely cold in their graves, Harper. How can you be so cruel?"
I scoffed. "Dead people can’t tell me what to do."
When my sister collapsed on the street, I cheered. I popped champagne.
