Summary
At my 30th birthday gala, my husband called out from the kitchen.
"Babe, come help me pass the soup."
Before I could get up, my cousin had already walked quickly over, reaching out from behind him to take the soup bowl.
Seeing me stunned, she hurriedly explained:
"I'm always ordered around by my mom at home, it's become an instinctive reaction, don't overthink it."
I showed no emotion, calmly completed the entire banquet.
After sending off the guests, I calmly said to my husband who was clearing the dining table: "Let's divorce."
