Summary
On Valentine's Day, my boyfriend of five years spent the entire day with me.
He sent flowers in the morning, took me to a movie in the afternoon, and booked my favorite restaurant for a candlelight dinner in the evening.
But when the car pulled up to the restaurant, he calmly told me to go in alone.
"I have to go. My wife is waiting for me at home."
