Summary
I suffered from aphasia.
For the first few days after I transferred schools, my classmates only thought I was quiet and shy.
That was until I accidentally knocked a classmate's book to the ground and stepped on it.
The scary-looking classmate sitting at that desk glanced up at me.
Immediately, a "righteous" classmate pushed me hard.
"Are you mute? Don't you know how to apologize!"
My lower back hit the corner of the desk, pain reddening my eyes.
I hurriedly signed: I'm sorry, I'll replace your book with a new one.
The noisy classroom instantly fell silent.
