Summary
The kidnappers asked who the child of the Montgomery family was.
I watched as my sister's face turned pale with fear, and I stepped forward voluntarily.
The kidnappers took me away. When the police chased us, they sold me to a remote village to be a child bride for a mentally disabled man during their escape. At eighteen, I risked my life to escape.
When the police brought me home, my sister looked at me with disgust.
"Having such a sister is so embarrassing!"
Our parents' initial guilt was worn away by my sister's repeated framing, and I was killed by her schemes.
