Summary
Ever since my hearing was damaged, my fiancé treated my disability like his personal punchline.
He teamed up with my best friend and his fraternity brothers, blasting heavy metal through our home for three straight days and nights, claiming he was just "helping me acclimate" to how loud our upcoming wedding would be. No matter how much I covered my ears, no matter how desperately I begged them to turn it down, they simply laughed through me.
Three days before the wedding, he tied a blindfold securely over my eyes.
