Summary
As soon as I became a chief surgeon, I immediately had my corneas removed.
In my previous life, on my first day in the operating room, my boyfriend's childhood friend secretly used my access badge to perform a critical procedure on a wealthy patient.
She botched the surgery through sheer negligence, causing the patient to bleed out and die on the table.
However, the medical staff testified that I was the one who performed the failed operation and then fled the hospital.
When the medical board confronted me, I desperately explained that I had never performed that surgery in the first place.
