My older sister received five million dollars.
My younger brother received five million dollars.
Then it was my turn.
The notary paused for three seconds and looked up at me.
"A photograph."
I froze.
"What photograph?"
He slid a manila envelope across the polished mahogany table.
I opened it. Inside was a picture taken twenty years ago.
In the photo, I was seventeen, standing in the backyard of our old house, smiling like an idiot.
