Yes i read books during my first year. I still go back and read them when i can’t remember something and need a “refresher course” in databases or something.
I have 4 programming books and a few small vb guides which tells about file access, string manipulation, etc.
books: one for vb6, vc++, c# .net, java ( for school 🙁 )
but really theres ALOT of help online. 70% of information you can benefit from can be found through google 🙂
