    Antigeek, the “non” Api code you just wrote does indeed use Api, while not directly in your code but functions from the framework calls Api functions, intact you can almost think of most programming languageu as one large wrapper for calling Ali functions and procedures. All high level languages do. Maybe if your coded it in assembly your claim might be valid. Even coding in assembly some times requireapi functions
